Mark Purcell

Mark has been with Franklin Mortgage Company since it was established in 1985. Prior experience was in real estate sales and management. With over 25 years in the real estate/finance arena, Mark brings extensive knowledge to the ever-changing mortgage industry. Mark has served as Loan Officer, Vice President, Senior Vice President and is now the President and owner of Franklin Mortgage Company.

Maureen Vanderhoff

Maureen has been in the finance arena for over 20 years, and in the mortgage industry for the last 12 years. Her greatest achievement has been the ability to maintain an unlimited resource of referral business through her network of past clients. Her expertise lies in the understanding of each client's individual mortgage needs, the various loan programs that strive to meet each of their independent goals, and the client satisfaction of knowing that the exact loan program has met the demands of their needs. This has proven to be an invaluable asset for her clients.

Mike Purcell

As a Loan Officer for the past 13 years, and Realtor for 23, Mike Purcell has a proven ability to develop relationships with commercial and residential real estate agencies. He has significant knowledge and experience with property management and REO's. He has also been responsible for all phases of loan analysis, including real estate examination, profitability models, credit underwriting and cash flow models. A highly motivated and driven Loan Officer and Realtor, Mike exudes the utmost integrity and service to clients.

Stella Duarte

Stella Duarte, a Phoenix native, has served in the mortgage industry for 27 years. With knowledge and experience in all aspects of the lending field, Stella has enjoyed her 19-year tenure with Franklin Mortgage Company. Stella takes great pride in teamwork as our company's Operations Supervisor/Senior Loan Closer and welcomes the opportunity to utilize her extensive knowledge base in making your loan process with Franklin Mortgage quick and easy. Etta Cowdrey

Etta has been a part of the Franklin Mortgage team since 2001. As our Processor, she has the ability to execute all aspects of the approval process. She has an extensive knowledge of lender requirements and has a proven ability to meet the conditions any underwriter may request. By utilizing her communication and technology skills, Etta is able to expedite the approval process in a consistent, timely manner.
